TRACKING

We aim to dispatch all orders within same or next shipping day of the order being placed and will supply you with a tracking number if your order is over £50 so that you can check the status of your order at any time .  Orders under £50 will be send it using no tracking standard delivery.All orders ship directly from our studio in Manchester.

TAXES

•EU Customers: All orders under 150€ are now inclusive of all duties, VAT/taxes and handling fees in the shipping price. No more surprise when your order arrives. Ordes over 150€ are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

•Please note that all shipping is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).Customers outside the UK are exempt from UK value added tax when shopping on our site.Prices are shown for UK and tax free checkout.

STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders will ship out every Monday and Thursday.

All orders placed before 1pm shall be shipped on the same day. All standard orders received after this time shall be shipped the following shipping day, Monday or Thursday. Please note that we use local postal services for Standard shipping, Royal Mail.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you require your parcel sooner, please select the Express option at checkout. Express orders are shipped with priority and will be despatched either same day or within 1 working day.

If the studio is closed for either holidays, or events then Express items shall be shipped on our return with priority.

Express postage will use a courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery if within the UK.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products  or refund; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below

(a)   you provided the wrong address for delivery;
(b)   there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
(c)   the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
(d)   the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
(e)   if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
(f)    if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.

Returns

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and in sale-able condition. Please note that with the exception of ink refill supplied with the Pen, any additional ink refill packs or consumable must be returned unopened and sealed in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation.

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from ajoto.com. Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide credit to the gift recipient in the form of a discount code. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser. Please include a suitable delivery address for us to despatch exchanged products to. Coupons are non-refundable.

If you do need to return an item please note that as we are a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost.

EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 30 days of ordering. As long as the item is “as new”* AJOTO will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or taking additional payment. Please follow the ‘How to Make a Return’ information below. *”As new” condition for AJOTO items is undamaged and in sellable condition. AJOTO recommend you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product. We appreciate that temporary packaging such as The Pen’s tear-strip protective card can’t be preserved as new due to the nature of its design.

FAULTY GOODS

AJOTO believe in the quality of its goods. If you think your product has a fault, please contact us and we will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault. Please note: items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty.

SAMPLE SALE

All sample or discount items are store non-refundable and sold on the understanding of their condition and function. All items are covered by our standard warranty and will be replaced or an AJOTO coupon to the value of the order offered in return if the item unwanted on purchase.

If you do need to return an item please note that as we are a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost. For international returns – AJOTO will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”. AJOTO will try to process your return as soon as it arrives, although it can take up to a week for us to process a return during busy periods. During these periods it’s not possible to confirm receipt of your package prior to be being processed. Depending on your location, an exchange can take up to a month to get back to you.
