Each Pen is precision machined from a solid bar of 925 Sterling Silver using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, then finished and brushed by hand.

Our sterling Silver Pen is officially hallmarked in London by the prestigious Goldsmiths Assay Office.

About the Pen

Each Pen is precision machined in the north of England finished by hand in our Manchester workshop using specialsit Sterling Silver bar produced in Birmingham, UK.

Each piece is then hallmarked at the prestigious Goldsmiths Assay office in London, the world-famous Assay Office renowned for its remarkable history and quality, ensuring it's purity.

The Pen has five hallmarks on the body of the Pen and five-part marks on the top.

The Pre-order service offered by AJOTO allows you to order a product before it becomes available on our website or in stores.

The following conditions apply for pre-orders:

1. Availability: Pre-ordered items are sold on a first come, first served basis.

2. Delivery: we aim to ship pre-ordered products within 7 days of receiving the goods. We do our best to meet the estimated delivery date but cannot always do this, in which case you will be kept informed on a regular basis. You can see the estimated delivery date of the product within the product description on our website. This date cannot be guaranteed due to potential manufacturing delays, however do our best to estimate this date as accurately as possible.

Your order will be sent when all the goods are in stock. If there are 'in-stock' items on your order they will be put to one side and shipped at the same time as your pre-orders item: we do not do partial shipment.

3. Payment: Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations: We will accept cancellations of non customised pre-ordered items before the order has shipped, however if this becomes a regular occurence we reserve the right to refuse further orders.
