Currently our “Worldwide” delivery countries include the majority of desitinations worldwide. If your country isn’t listed and you would like to purchase an AJOTO product please contact us by EMAIL and we shall do our best to facilitate your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of the order being placed and will supply you with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time. All orders ship directly from our studio in London. If your parcel cannot be delivered for any reason we can arrange for a redelivery or refund, Please be aware we will charge you for handling and shipping for redeliveries.
Please note that all shipping is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches it’s destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).Customers outside the EU are exempt from UK value added tax when shopping on our site. VAT at 20.0 % of the total amount for goods will be deducted from the shopping basket total when a ROW destination country is selected at the checkout. Approximate prices in alternative currencies can be viewed by selecting the currency tab in the bottom bar. Prices are shown for EU and tax free checkout.
Any order with standard delivery is shipped on either MONDAY or THURSDAY only. All orders placed before 1pm on each respective day shall be shipped on the same day. All standard orders recieved after this time shall be shipped the following shipping day.
If you require your parcel sooner, please select the Express option at checkout. Express orders are shipped with priority and will be despatched either same day or within 1 working day.
If the studio is closed for either holidays, or events then Express items shall be shipped on our return with priority.
Express postage will use a courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery if within the UK.
The estimated delivery times below are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. AJOTO is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.
