Currently our “Worldwide” delivery countries include the majority of destinations worldwide. If your country isn’t listed and you would like to purchase an AJOTO product please contact us by EMAIL and we shall do our best to facilitate your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within same or next shipping day of the order being placed and will supply you with a tracking number if your order is more than £50 so that you can check the status of your order at any time . Orders under £50 will be send it using no tracking standard delivery.All orders ship directly from our studio in Manchester.
Please note that all shipping is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).Customers outside the UK are exempt from UK value added tax when shopping on our site.Prices are shown for UK and tax free checkout.
From 18th of November, all orders placed will be dispatched 7 days per week until the 23rd of December. All orders placed after this day will be shipped on our return on the 11th of January with our usual dispatch schedule.
All orders will ship out every Monday and Thursday.
All orders placed before 1pm shall be shipped on the same day. All standard orders received after this time shall be shipped the following shipping day, Monday or Thursday. Please note that we use local postal services for Standard shipping, Royal Mail.
If you require your parcel sooner, please select the Express option at checkout. Express orders are shipped with priority and will be despatched either same day or within 1 working day.
If the studio is closed for either holidays, or events then Express items shall be shipped on our return with priority.
Express postage will use a courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery if within the UK.
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.
If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products or refund; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below
(a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;
(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
The estimated delivery times below are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. AJOTO is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.
•UPDATE: To keep our travel to a minimum we shall ship orders twice weekly. All orders will ship out every Monday and Thursday. Thank you for your patience and support during these difficult times.
