We are always on the look out for interesting materials and companies, so when we came across a collection of Kvadrat fabric samples in the Fritz Hanson showroom we grabbed the nearest phone to arrange a meeting. Hidden behind an unassuming door off the now famous “Silicon Roundabout” is Kvadrats London showroom, an impressive space designed by David Adjaye and Peter Saville is a feast for the eyes. We met with John Edwards who talked us through Kvadrats history and dedication to quality manufacture of textiles. After a brief introduction to the company, John took us through their impressive sample library, which is not only a feast of texture and colour but has started the ball rolling as we explore our ideas for our next collection of AJOTO products. We highly recommend check these guys out next time your in the area or looking for some colour and texture inspiration.
